School Core Terms of Service

School authorization and accounts
Register only for a school you are authorized to represent. Provide accurate details, protect account credentials, and give staff only the access they need. Do not use the service to access another school’s information, send abuse, or disrupt the system.
Free trial
Email confirmation starts one 30-day School Core trial for the registered school. No card is required. Core includes school setup, basic admissions, registrar and student records, academics, and basic school finance. Optional modules require separate activation. Registration does not start a paid subscription.
Paid service and expiry
After the trial, a school administrator must review the billing cycle, student count, minimum commitment, fees, total price, and service dates before confirming the first paid invoice. Payment confirmation activates paid access. Subsequent invoices follow the accepted billing cycle and applicable school pricing; future counts and rates can affect renewals. An unpaid trial does not renew itself.
When trial access expires, school operations are restricted. Administrators retain billing and account recovery access. Trial expiry itself does not delete school records. Contact the service provider about cancellation, data export, deletion, retention, or disputed invoices.
School records and support
The school is responsible for the accuracy of its records, authority to enter personal information, user permissions, and review of official outputs. Use the provider’s published support channel for service requests and billing questions. Do not create repeated trials to bypass payment.
